At Embrace Spa, our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance. Our Spa Professionals will discuss a complete overview of the treatments you will experience, however, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure we reach your comfort level. We thank you in advance for allowing us the privilege of taking care of you.

 

The following tips will help you to make the most of your time at Embrace Spa. Please arrive at the spa 20 minutes prior to your first treatment. This will allow if you wish, time for a spa tour, changing into a comfortable robe and sandals, and a consultation. If you desire extra time to relax and unwind, please feel free to arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment, and enjoy some comforting tea as you settle in.

 

We will provide you with a locker for your personal belongings. We recommend you keep your valuables at home, as the Spa will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Please be sure to communicate your needs and wishes to our staff, as this will enable us to ensure your enjoyment.

 

If you have any concerns about pregnancy, allergies, recent surgeries, physical ailments or any medical concerns, please consult with your physician before visiting our Spa. If you are pregnant, you will want to avoid treatments involving deep pressure or heat. Please inform our Spa Professionals upon scheduling of your appointments. To ensure a serene environment, we request you please turn your cell phone off before arrival. This will preserve the tranquility of your Spa experience.

Spa Reservations

We recommend you schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance so we can meet your scheduling request. Reservations are subject to availability and Spa Packages must be secured with a credit card.

 

24-hour Cancellation Policy

We understand you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If no notice is given, you will be subject to a %50 cancellation fee.

 

Gift Cards

To order a customized Spa gift card, please visit us or call 902.445.5155. Also available in our online shop.

 

Embracing Children

Here at Embrace we want to maintain a serene environment. To achieve this for all of our guests, we ask that you please respect our policy of leaving children under the age of 10 in the care of family members when you visit us. Please be sure to ask if you have any concerns regarding therapies of your child over the age of 10.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in Spa treatment prices. Gratuities are solely your discretion and always very much appreciated. Please note all treatment times are based on a professional hour.
